Did you move in the last couple of years? According to the IRS, they have $110 Million in Refund Checks Looking for a Home! The IRS says it is ‘looking for’ over 115,000 taxpayers who are due refund checks worth about $110 million. The checks were returned as undeliverable. The refund checks, which the website says average about $953; can be claimed as soon as taxpayers update their addresses with the IRS. In other words, they are holding these checks until the owners come and claim them.

If you moved in 2006 or 2007, double check your records and make sure you received your refund checks from both the Federal and the State Governments. You may be due some money!
