 Rates for Organizing Services

:Initial 1 hour consultation               Free

Needs Consultation                       $40/hour up to 4 hours

ReAnn’s Organizing Services       $65/ hour. Travel is charged at the normal hourly rate.

Assistants                                        $25 – $45/hour depending on work being done

Rush/ holiday and weekend        $75/hour

Special Services                            As Agreed with Client

Organizing Products                      5% over Cost

Travel is charged at the normal hourly rate.

Truck or equipment rental, if needed, are billed separately. 

A 50% retainer deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due every 7 hours of service.

**For cancellation of a session, 48 hour notice is required to insure that time may be reserved for another client. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments not cancelled with sufficient notice will be charged a 25% fee.**

All work is considered confidential, and your privacy is always respected.

As paperwork and clutter is eliminated in the areas causing immediate stress, ReAnn will suggest storage and filing solutions as necessary, and recommend a follow-up maintenance program to suit your individual needs.

Telephone Conference Rates

For those not within ReAnn’s regular service area, telephone coaching is available.She will help you develop goals and a game plan, then coach you through the tough spots, offer support, and encouragement throughout and see you to the completion of your project.

$65 per 45 minute phone consultation. 

Rates for Tax and Accounting Services:

Accounting                              $65 per hour

Taxes                                      Depends on forms needed – By form rates are based on H & R Blocks 2005 rates. Minimum $150.

If paperwork is brought in boxes hourly rate will apply

Full payment must be received at the time the tax return is filed or arrangements for payment from directly from any refund made.
